We are seeking a passionate and skilled IoT Hardware Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Device Development: Design, develop, and prototype IoT devices utilizing the ESP32 microcontroller. This includes firmware development, hardware integration, and testing.
- Hardware Selection & Design: Evaluate and select appropriate sensors, actuators, and other hardware components for IoT applications. Participate in hardware design reviews.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of hardware and software, ensuring quality and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Diploma in IT Hardware Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics — highly preferred.
- Microcontroller Experience: Proven experience programming and working with micro-controllers, specifically the ESP32.
- Hardware Interfacing: Experience working with common embedded platforms (ESP32, STM, etc.) and connecting sensors via standard protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Hands-On Mastery: Expert proficiency in soldering PCBs and assembling complex electronic prototypes.
- Circuit Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic electronics principles (resistors, voltage levels, power management, etc.).
- Debugging Tools: Proven ability to use testing equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to troubleshoot circuits.
Desired Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience with hardware design tools (e.g., KiCad ).
- nowledge of power optimization techniques for battery-powered devices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Education: Diploma in IT Hardware Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics — highly preferred.
- Experience with low-power design principles.
