• Handling the first round of interviews to assess the candidate’s competencies and attitude.
• Look out for HR processes
• Proactively leading the Employee Engagement Activities.
• Formulation of HR Policies.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and Policies.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and practices.
