Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
End to end Recruitment – Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling, Selection of the candidates and bringing the recruitment offers to a Successful closure with follow-up till the on-boarding.
Sourcing Candidates from various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Monster and other social sites.
Recruitment for IT profiles.
Involved in the discussion with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions where needed, setting and managing their expectations regarding timescales and aware them the market situation.
Handling first round of interviews to assess the candidate’s competencies and attitude.
Proactively leading the Employee Engagement Activities.
