Experience: 5 - 10 years Location: Mohali Positions: 2 Salary: 6 - 12 lacs per annum

Location: Mohali ( work from office )

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills.
Handling company HR policies.
Handling the first round of interviews to assess the candidate’s competencies and attitude.
Look out for HR processes
Proactively leading the Employee Engagement Activities.
Formulation of HR Policies.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and Policies.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and practices.
